1. Overview

At Tech Team Solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item for exchange, store credit, or refund under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.
  • The product must not be listed as a non-returnable item (see below).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and copyright reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Software or digital downloads once activated or installed.
  • Opened printer cartridges, toners, and consumables.
  • Special-order or customized products.
  • Items damaged by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@techteamsolutions.co.za.
  • Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the defect.
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund once the product has been inspected.

5. Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange for collection of the incorrect item and dispatch the correct one at no extra cost.

6. Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable courier service when returning items.

8. Warranty Claims

Products sold by Tech Team Solutions may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer.
