Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>At Tech Team Solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with the <strong>Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Eligibility for Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>You may return an item for exchange, store credit, or refund under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item must be <strong>returned within 7 days<\/strong> of delivery.<\/li>\n\n<li>The item must be <strong>unused, unopened, and in its original packaging<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.<\/li>\n\n<li>The product must not be listed as a <strong>non-returnable item<\/strong> (see below).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>For hygiene, safety, and copyright reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Software or digital downloads once activated or installed.<\/li>\n\n<li>Opened printer cartridges, toners, and consumables.<\/li>\n\n<li>Special-order or customized products.<\/li>\n\n<li>Items damaged by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Defective or Damaged Products<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>If your item arrives damaged or defective:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please notify us <strong>within 48 hours of delivery<\/strong> at <a>sales@techteamsolutions.co.za<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Include your <strong>order number<\/strong>, <strong>photos<\/strong> of the item and packaging, and a <strong>description of the defect<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund once the product has been inspected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Incorrect Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>If you receive the wrong product:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Notify us within <strong>7 days of delivery<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>We will arrange for collection of the incorrect item and dispatch the correct one at no extra cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Once your return is approved and inspected:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds will be processed within <strong>7\u201310 working days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Refunds are issued to your <strong>original method of payment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Return Shipping<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.<\/li>\n\n<li>For your protection, we recommend using a <strong>trackable courier service<\/strong> when returning items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Warranty Claims<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Products sold by Tech Team Solutions may carry a <strong>manufacturer\u2019s warranty<\/strong>.
